The wait for a table was one hour and 20 minutes, once you take a bite out of the burger you wouldn't care if you had to wait 2 hours. Well...I highly recommend going with stellar friends where the fun flows - that's what really made the wait time pass smoothly. Our weighted score brings all burger joints to a close proximity so look at the burger score. The Red Cow burger ranked a top 5! Oh, the Red Cow is no joint. It's hip and modern with open space. We liked the red booths and plates. We usually prefer 'hole in the wall' type places; the Red Cow is now the exception. The Monte Carlo 219 3rd Ave N Minneapolis, MN 55401 612-333-59000 http://www.montecarlomn.com It was a gorgeous 70+ degree evening and we dined on the patio. Our server was a professional, short and to the point and delivered. Burgers were average (lacked flavor and juice). It was quiet, although it was after happy hour and before the DJ started. I'm still tasting the delicious burgers now, so The Loop is a great place to eat really good burgers. I looked down and to my surprise I was dressed in a green shirt and jacket. Bergegories (Berger Points) All Bergegories are ranked 1-5; 5 is the Berger Best! Berger's burger: 3.2 It wasn't the most delicious burger, but I sensed it was natural. Fries: 2 They looked great, skinny like McD fries, but they were cool and tasted dry. Atmosphere: 4 It doesn't get better than Sweeneys with the long bar and narrow seating area. Although the acoustics are not meant to hear great conversation. Condiments: 5 Had everything.
